Cohort Groups & Mentor Programs
ULI Los Angeles offers several ways for our members to grow personally and professionally from a host of different initiatives. Depending on your years of experience, professional needs, or other initiative requirements, please take the time to explore the below offerings.
- CLOSED: Pathways to Inclusion – For BIPOC land use and real estate professionals. This is being offered as part of the ULI Fall Meeting 2023 in Los Angeles.
- REACH — A one-year mentorship program designed to increase the representation of BIPOC professionals in commercial real estate. Applications are typically open in December and due in January with a kickoff in early Q2.
- G.R.O.W. by the Women’s Leadership Initiative – For mid-career professionals over the age of 35 and mentored by women leaders. The application process takes place yearly in late fall.
- Young Leaders Group Mentorship Forum – For young professionals under the age of 35. The application process takes place yearly in late fall.
- NEXT – For mid-career professionals over the age of 35. The application process takes place yearly in late spring.
- Leadership Council – For early-stage managers to senior-level leaders of any age. The application process takes place yearly in late spring.
