Pathways to Inclusion
The Pathways to Inclusion program is designed to promote the advancement of BIPOC real estate and land use professionals in their careers and as leaders in the industry, expand the networks of BIPOC professionals, and broaden and diversify ULI membership.
ULI Los Angeles is delivering the Pathways to Inclusion program in partnership with ULI headquarters. This year, the program will support a class of 25 professionals with scholarships to the 2023 ULI Fall Meeting to be held from October 30 – November 2, 2023, in addition to one-year ULI Associate Memberships.
The program will also provide a suggested track of programming at the 2023 ULI Fall Meeting in Los Angeles to direct the participants toward sessions that will focus on their interests. The program will continue to provide additional opportunities designed to reinforce access and engagement as a ULI Los Angeles member throughout the year.
Additionally, accepted Pathway to Inclusion scholars will have a 6-month mentorship with a Los Angeles-based CBRE professional.
