We believe that our Southern California cities provide a fertile ground for piloting and implementing creative mobility solutions that reduce congestion, create less stress on the environment, help attract and retain top talent, and help elevate the mobility experience.  Southern California has long been a hub of innovation. Through the key initiatives of Housing and Building Healthy Places, the ULI-LA Mobility Council proposes to provide leadership for our cities and development community in advancing the discussion around mobility. It is our intent to build on the work that has been done in the past through our ToLA Committee, expand our understanding of the current topics impacting mobility and city building, identify the key issues surrounding the implementation of technologies and programs and their impacts on our region’s mobility and the relationship between mobility and the physical form of our cities.
