The Homelessness Initiative Council (also known as the Land Use Leadership Council) is made up of key senior leaders in ULI Los Angeles who help set our strategic direction and priorities. The unprecedented crisis of homelessness in Southern California requires an emergency response. Land Use Leadership is taking the lead on the District Council’s program focused on Homelessness. This culminates in an annual, regional summit that addresses the homeless crisis and interconnected topics such as the affordable housing shortage.
