The Homelessness Initiative Council is made up of key senior leaders in ULI Los Angeles who help set our strategic direction and priorities. The unprecedented crisis of homelessness in Southern California requires an emergency response. Land Use Leadership is taking the lead on the District Council’s program focused on Homelessness. This culminates in an annual, regional summit that addresses the homeless crisis and interconnected topics such as the affordable housing shortage.

The Homelessness Initiative Council Fee for accepted members for FY26 (July 2025-June 2026) is $100.
