Urban Marketplace 2023 follows the money to discover equitable lending initiatives and access to capital set aside for responsible development in underserved areas and communities of color. This infusion of funds will generate opportunities for investment at all scales in traditionally overlooked neighborhoods.
Learn about tools to close deals from panelists representing national and local community lenders, government agencies, and developers. Identify new financing sources from major lenders and hear about the steps they are taking to fulfill their DEI goals.
In the marketplace, explore the lively small group discussions with leaders in real estate and business. These round tables examine a variety of topics affecting development, infrastructure, and amenities in underserved communities. Presentations include case studies of successful projects financed by a selection of alternative funding solutions. This intimate setting provides space to form connections to fresh avenues for private and public capital.
