Jeremy is a Director in PwC’s Financial Markets & Real Estate practice with a primary focus on strategic acquisitions, due diligence, and complex real property valuations. Jeremy helps our clients through a variety of real estate valuation assignments for domestic and international properties.
Jeremy assists a wide variety of clients including regional and national investment entities, REITs, financial institutions, Fortune 1000 companies, asset managers, and private equity firms. Assignments include appraisals, appraisal reviews, purchase price allocations, financial reporting, leasehold valuations, due diligence, impairment, FIRPTA, and assisting PwC’s audit teams with assessing fair value measurements. In addition to traditional real estate property types, his experience with niche assets include data centers, specialized manufacturing, power plants, student housing, senior housing, hospitals, life science, and medical offices.
Jeremy received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a contributing member to Emerging Trends in Real Estate publications, a member of the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs, a CPA in the State of California, a Practicing Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute, and a state certified general licensed appraiser in multiple states.
