Following the presentation, we will have our panel of experts provide their view of the state of capital markets in Los Angeles. Panelists will discuss which deals they expect to get done and the flow of capital in 2024, as well as share their perspectives on the various proposed ballot measures upcoming this year and their potential effect on the real estate market.
