Join the ULI-LA Young Leaders Group for an exclusive (hard hat) tour of the new home of the Los Angeles Clippers - the Intuit Dome!

Our program will begin with a tour of the campus and conclude with an informal happy hour. During the tour, members and prospective members will be exposed to professional insights from the construction managers, including unique design characteristics, challenges during construction, and the expected impact on the local community.

As seen in the LA Times and ESPN, the Intuit Dome is a sports and entertainment destination capable of hosting concerts, conventions, corporate celebrations, as well as regular sporting events. Located in Inglewood, CA - just south of SoFi Stadium - the Intuit Dome campus includes a sports medicine clinic, retail space, commercial offices, and a large outdoor plaza with basketball courts for public use. The stadium itself is a world-class sports arena that yields 915,000 gross square feet and 18,000 seats. Impressively, the complex is working towards a LEED Platinum certification. It will operate on 100% carbon-free energy from day one, with enough on-site energy storage to power a basketball game or concert.

The Intuit Dome is designed and constructed by the joint-venture partnership AECOM-Hunt Turner NBA JV.

Turner Consruction is a North America-based, international construction services company and a leading builder in diverse market segments. The company has earned recognition for undertaking large and complex projects, fostering innovation, embracing emerging technologies, and making a difference for their clients, employees and community. With over 10,000 employees, the company completes $15 billion of construction on 1,500 projects annually.

AECOM-Hunt is an architecture, planning, engineering, and construction company. The company designs builds, operates, and finances various infrastructure projects for businesses, governments, and organizations worldwide. AECOM-Hunt earned over $13 billion in revenue in 2022.
