Chris Graham is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group based in Los Angeles and oversees West Coast acquisitions. Before joining Blackstone in 2016, Mr. Graham worked for 12 years at J.P. Morgan as a Managing Director and served as the West Coast real estate acquisitions team leader. Previously, he was a manager for the Archon Group where he was involved with commercial investment opportunities and dispositions in the western region. Mr. Graham was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and received a BS from the University of Southern California. 

Kathleen Hollis is the Senior Vice President at Evolution Hospitality where she has tripled the size of Evolution's portfolio since 2014 through hotel acquisitions, new builds, and management share-shifts. Prior to her work at Evolution Hospitality, Kathleen was a financial analyst at Wells Fargo. Kathleen went to the Hotel School at Cornell University with one goal in mind – a career in hospitality. She loves working alongside industry experts to solve challenges and issues as they arise, learning from each one along the way.

Mark Lammas serves as President for Hudson Pacific, where he oversees the company’s operations, finance, accounting and human resources departments. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Hudson Pacific. Lammas was also a consultant to Hudson Pacific’s predecessor, Hudson Capital.Prior to Hudson Pacific, Lammas served as General Counsel for Maguire Properties. After Maguire’s initial public offering, he served first as Senior Vice President and later as Executive Vice President with oversight of finance and transactional matters.Lammas also worked as an attorney with Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP, where he specialized in representing developers, institutional investors and pension funds in their acquisition, development, financing, investing and entity structuring and restructuring activities.

Mr. Chen is the Head of Real Estate Strategy and is an Executive Vice President at PIMCO. He is a Portfolio Manager and member of the investment committees for PIMCO’s commercial real estate equity and debt strategies. He has experience across all major CRE sectors, including asset and corporate investments. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2010, he was with private equity real estate firm JER Partners for 11 years, most recently as a Managing Director and a member of the firm's investment committee. Mr. Chen previously worked in the fixed income group of Banc of America Securities. He has 23 years of investment experience and holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Georgetown University.

He served as the co-publisher of Emerging Trends in Real Estate, a widely-circulated global annual market forecast. An active proponent of corporate social responsibility, Mitch serves as a trustee of the PwC Charitable Foundation. Additionally, Mitch is a member of the Board of Directors of PENCIL. He resides in Armonk, New York, with his wife Debbie and their college-age twin sons, and their golden retriever Charlie.
