Join ULI-LA as we tour and hear from the team behind West Edge, one of the newest and largest transit oriented live, work, play communities in Los Angeles. West Edge consists of 600+ multifamily units, grocery and neighborhood serving retail, 200,000 sf of office space and ½ acres of open space. It will be LEED Gold, Well Gold and Platinum level Wired certified. The Program will begin with a tour of the multifamily and retail components and will be followed by a panel with the developers, Hines and the Martin family, and their architecture and construction teams.
