Jessica Candaele is a director with KTGY Architecture + Planning. Over the past 14 years she has honed her experience in project management, business development, marketing, and outreach through roles with top-ranked ENR architecture, planning, and engineering firms. In her current role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies and analyzing real estate trends and plays a key role with initial client engagements and visioning. Ms. Candaele is a highly-organized, resourceful, and articulate individual who thrives on making a meaningful difference in the organization for which she works and the community in which she lives. Ms. Candaele began her career in environmental science, where she conducted and managed real estate due diligence and environmental constraints analysis. Her breadth of project experience includes urban mixed-use, highway transportation, military base expansions, and telecommunications. Ms. Candaele was graduated by Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and minor in Business Administration and the California State University of California, Fullerton, with a Master of Science in Environmental Studies with an emphasis on Environmental Planning and Policy. She is also a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional.
