Proposition 10 Forum: Costa-Hawkins Legislation and California Rent Control
The ULI/LA Housing Council invites you to a public forum on the issues surrounding Proposition 10, the Costa-Hawkins legislation, and California Rent Control.
The discussion of whether to vote “Yes” or “No” on Proposition 10 has dominated many recent impassioned conversations. Regardless of the election outcome, there will be continuing debate about how to address the need for more affordable rents – either at a local level if Proposition 10 passes or at a statewide level if Proposition 10 fails. Please join us for a discussion of potential strategies and options as we move beyond the election debate and explore common ground on how to best achieve increased rent affordability.
Continental breakfast will be provided.
