Case Study & Site Tour: K2LA and the Koreatown Renaissance – SOLD OUT
Spurred on by several major new developments, Koreatown is undergoing a positive transformation. Already extremely dense in population, Koreatown is now a highly sought area, with new demand coming from a diverse set of sophisticated visitors and renters wanting to live in the area. Drawn to the area’s robust amenities, culinary options and attractions, as well as K-Town’s close proximity to major job centers, these renters are also looking for a higher standard in living spaces than what has typically been offered in Koreatown. Century West Partners recently completed construction on K2LA, K-Town’s largest luxury apartment community. With 476 units the community offers an upscale experience with luxe and tech-friendly finishes and a robust amenity package more commonly found in for-sale luxury properties.
Join us for a tour of this new community, followed by a panel discussion which will highlight Koreatown’s renaissance. The panel will discuss the changes that led to growing demand for rental housing and the growing demographic of consumers expecting upscale living options in Koreatown. Speakers will also address project challenges and solutions from the development, architecture/design and management perspectives.
