July marked an important transition in our District Council leadership, with the installation of our new Chair, Allison Lynch. Allison is the President of Watt Properties, where she is responsible for all aspects of portfolio management for a portfolio of 50 properties comprised of retail, office, industrial and multifamily real estate encompassing over 5 million SF. Allison has been an active and involved member of ULI-LA for 11 years, and is a former chair of our Women’s Leadership Initiative Committee.

We were thrilled to have the opportunity to meet in person at the courtyard of the C3 Development in Culver City for our June Advisory Board meeting to celebrate the great leadership of our past Chair, Kev Zoryan, and to welcome Allison.
