Cyrice (pronounced SirReece) Griffith has joined Urban Land Institute Los Angeles as our new Senior Director. She brings to her new role over 20 years of experience in senior leadership and consulting, as well as being a passionate liaison for pipeline talent diversity in the workforce. Cyrice has been entrusted to envision and launch significant programs for prominent Los Angeles arts, entertainment, and K-12 initiatives, and at the University of Southern California. Her expertise in program development, program management, and participant engagement will drive her ULI LA responsibilities to direct District Council committee programs and sponsorship support toward the advancement of our mission goals.
Her work stewarding effective collaborations and member engagement have been recognized with leadership honors that include a Mayoral Appointment for the Los Angeles Downtown Strategic Plan Advisory Committee, service on multiple Boards and Advisory Committees, and as a National Academy Work-based Learning Innovation Fellow. Cyrice is an alumna of Leadership California, a graduate of the University of Southern California, and received her M.A. in cultural policy and management from City University of London, where she focused on European cultural policy and urban regeneration.
