2. AI Prompt Engineering for Developers and Investors

  • Explain Diald and show couple of money saving use cases 
  • How to avoid hallucinations and prompt engineering fundamentals

3. AI in Entitlements: Simplifying the Complex

Laurent Grill

Laurent is an Entrepreneur turned Venture Capitalist who works with start-up founders to successfully build scalable teams, strong company cultures and disruptive products. Laurent believes that there is a fundamental need for additional support in the early stage ecosystem in Los Angeles and other budding technology hubs around the US and globally. This desire to support these growing tech communities led him to his current role as Partner at JLL Spark. JLL Spark is dedicated to transforming the real estate industry through technology-based innovation. Led by experienced Silicon Valley entrepreneurs with successful track records building and investing in tech companies, JLL Spark's strategic proptech investments offer JLL the ability to provide innovative products to real estate owners and operators. Laurent has founded, expanded and managed multiple start-ups ranging from a music education technology platform, Miso Media, to the leader in the Massage-on-Demand space, Zeel. His experience working in the early stage startup scene has given him the tools necessary to understand the needs of founders in the infancies of their companies. Laurent is a longtime supporter of multiple non-profits, led by his former service as a Board of Director of the Red Cross. Part of his desire to invest in industry changing companies is to identify successful products that can also drive socially impactful change in their local and international communities. Steven Song

With a background in architecture and development, Steven has led projects across the U.S. and Asia—ranging from Seoul’s RYSE Hotel and Montrea Hannam to CJ ENM’s Culver City HQ and the historic Gunter Hotel in San Antonio. Before Diald, he worked at SOM and Arquitectonica on large-scale urban projects including the IFC Seoul and the International Gem Tower in New York. He holds architecture degrees from Carnegie Mellon and the University of Pennsylvania.
