YLG presents Financing Your Project: Beginning to End ,a dynamic conversation highlighting the construction financing process from both the borrower and lender perspective. Listen in as we discuss how to engage the debt market, what really matters to borrowers and lenders to get the deal done, and what happens after the loan gets closed. From here our panelists will present case studies to apply these principles including The Grand, a $1-billion mixed-use project in DTLA.

Tyler Bibbins, Project Manager at Related Urban, will provide a borrower’s viewpoint. To offer a 360-degree perspective, Jason Choulochas, Regional Director at Bank OZK, will provide the lender’s viewpoint.
In reflecting on their respective projects and offering the distinct borrower and lender perspectives, the audience will glean an understanding of what it takes to finance a project from beginning to end.
