    Jennifer Taylor

    Ambiculture Advisors and FIIRE (Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate)

    Jennifer Taylor is a 25-year+ veteran of commercial real estate investing and management. A highly successful entrepreneur, Jennifer built a new certified minority and women owned platform, Ambiculture Advisors, which invests in commercial real estate in markets with rapidly changing demographics. She brings a unique vision to investing, an enthusiasm for professional cultural connection and commitment to best of class practices. Jennifer possesses many years of experience and relationships forged in investment management, asset advisory and consulting with leading investors and firms to her current role. Jennifer is committed to making a difference in society. She is founder of the non-profit organization Swirls for Girls which is a diversity group focused on multicultural awareness, personal development and social impact projects. She is also board VP for one of the oldest and largest non-profit organizations servicing the Filipino community through healthy and human services, community economic development and cultural enrichment called Search to Involve Pilipino Americans.

    IMPACT Realty Advisors

    Ms. Brown utilizes her diverse skill set to oversee delivery of services for institutions and global occupiers, including business development of agency leasing and property management, and ESG strategy formation. Her portfolio experience spans all sectors of commercial real estate, including office, industrial, retail and multifamily. She has transitioned over 75 million square feet of real estate throughout her career span. She also brings 20 years of extensive experience in the Supplier Diversity space with a unique perspective on inclusive sourcing.     Garland Fuller

    CBRE Investment Management

    Garland is a hyper-connector, inclusion & equity strategist and leadership business partner with a demonstrated history of working in a variety of environments: professional services, start up, and agency environments. She is currently a senior member of CBRE’s People Recruiting team based out of their Los Angeles office with 8 years’ experience within the commercial real estate industry and over 15 years’ experience within talent acquisition and development. She partners with market and divisional leaders to drive results in both recruitment and retention. Garland is also the creator and host of “Full Circle with Garland,” a weekly podcast where she dives into career conversations with diverse entrepreneurs, executives and thought leaders who share her interest in greater social impact, true inclusion, and sustainable wealth building. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in American Studies and a MS in HR Development. Lastly, she’s on the board of African American Real Estate Professional Los Angeles (AAREP LA), the advisory board for Real Estate Association of Latinx professional (REAL) and on the Advisory Board for Los Angeles in addition to being an active member of the Programs and Urban Plan committees.

    Lynn King-Tolliver

    ARCHERE Investment Management

    Lynn King-Tolliver is an outcome driven commercial real estate executive with over 25 years of demonstrated success in all areas of institutional investment management including portfolio management and strategy, transactions, and business development in both domestic and international markets. King-Tolliver is the founding principal of Archere Investment Management (AIM), a private equity real estate investment platform (launched in 2017) that specializes in GP advisory and is focused on establishing middle market investment management platforms. Lynn is also a Managing Principal of Archere Apartment Communities LLC, an minority controlled investment platform focused on building a long-term income portfolio in Workforce Housing across major metros with strong economic driver. Lynn is an active board member serving in several capacities including: board member of Adept Urban Advisory Board, and as independent member of CBRE Investment Management Americas Investment Committee, and not for profit activities including founding board member of African American Real Estate Professionals Los Angeles, and Commercial Real Estate Diversity Coalition (CREDC).

    Ada Arevalo

    Vice President, Fund Management, Avanath Capital Management

    Ada Arevalo is the Founder and CEO of iimpact capital, a purpose-driven, women- and minority-owned investment management and advisory firm focused on impact investment strategies with an expertise in affordable, sustainable and equitable housing and community investments. As the leader of the organization, she directs the overall strategy, vision and culture of the firm. Prior to founding iimpact, she was the Chief Impact Officer at Alliant Strategic Investments, a national private equity firm focused on the preservation and impact of affordable housing. Ada was also formerly part of the executive team at Avanath Capital Management, serving nearly 9 years in several capacities including VP of Fund Management. In 2020 Ada became the Founding Chair of REAL, the first and only commercial real estate organization focused on increasing visibility, advancement and equity for Latinx professionals. Ada also serves in multiple private and nonprofit boards in various capacities.
