Ivy Station is a remarkable mixed-use, TOD project completed late last year after eleven years of entitlements, planning and construction. Even before the project was kicked off, the City, under the guidance and vision of Sol Blumenfeld had taken more than fifteen years assembling the land. The project was entitled using a Planned Development path which was highly collaborative with both the City and the community. The resulting project sits on a 5.5 acre site directly adjacent to the Culver City Metro train stop and includes 200 residential units, a 240,000sf office building, a 148 key hotel and about 55,000sf of retail and restaurant space. There are 1,520 parking spaces in a three levels below grade. The buildings are connected by a series of wonderful outdoor spaces with beautiful landscaping and connected walkways.

Join this ULI LA in-person event where a walking site tour, panel discussion moderated by Melani V. Smith, AICP, and networking session (along with complimentary refreshments) are part of the event.
