How can we (and our organizations) address structural racism through the work we do in the broader real estate industry?

In the wake of the senseless deaths of George Floyd and others, and the subsequent conversation around social justice and racial equity, it is time for all of us to look inward. The ULI LA Diversity Initiative will convene this dialogue with public, private, and non-profit organization executives and leaders advancing equity and diversity initiatives within their organizations.

Please join us for an open dialogue to share your experiences and thoughts on how we can all do better to improve social justice and race equity in the real estate space.
