    Yael Tamar

    CEO & Co-founder, SolidBlock

    Yael Tamar is Co-CEO and Co-founder of SolidBlock, an issuance platform and a marketplace for property-backed digital securities. Yael co-founded several fintech startups, a successful marketing company in the blockchain space, and an import/export company that was acquired. She is also a regional co-chair at FIBREE, the Foundation for International Blockchain and Real Estate Expertise, the leading international network for exchanging knowledge within the real estate industry. She is regularly invited to speak worldwide as an expert in Blockchain, Real Estate, and Fintech.

    Jake Goldstein

    CRElabs

    Jake Goldstein does business development for RedSwan CRE where he works with real estate owners to list or buy commercial properties. He recently left Marcus & Millichap to pursue various projects in the blockchain space, which led him to RedSwan. Jake is an active member of Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group (YLG) and has been a Program Committee member for the past 3 years. Jake majored in Marketing at Chapman University where he founded a technology consulting organization for Israeli Startups. In Jake’s free time he enjoys playing soccer, buying NFTs, and eating In-N-Out.

    Janine Yorio

    Co-Presdident, Republic Realm

    Janine Yorio is the co-President at Republic Realm, a metaverse innovation and investment platform. Republic Realm is among the largest owners of digital real estate NFTs in Decentraland, The Sandbox and Axie Infinity, and among the most active developers of in-metaverse content in The Sandbox and Decentraland. Republic Realm is the creator of the Fantasy Islands master-planned community NFT project. Backed by Galaxy Interactive and other strategic financial and crypto investors, Republic Realm is based in New York City, and is an affiliate of Republic.co. Janine was previously the CEO of Compound, a fintech app focused on real estate investing that was backed by leading VC firms NEA and Founders Fund, that was acquired by Republic in 2020. She also previously worked in private equity for Northstar Capital and in real estate and hotel development at The Standard Hotels. She is a graduate of Yale University.

    Edward Nwokedi

    Founder & CEO, RedSwan CRE

    Mr. Nwokedi received his M.B.A. from St. Mary’s College of California in Moraga, California, and his B.S. in Accounting and Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Mr. Nwokedi also holds the prestigious CCIM accreditation in Commercial Real Estate and a Certified Negotiation Expert status training in Business Negotiation, CNEA. Ed and his wife Kellie were crowned in 1998 by His Royal Highness, Igwe J.C. Nkwoka, King of Alor with the distinguished Chieftaincy title of Iche (High Chief) recognized by many citizens of Western Africa. Edward Nwokedi is Founder and CEO of RedSwan CRE, a Commercial Real-Estate platform and marketplace for digital real-estate, asset-backed securities. He recently transitioned from being the Executive Director of Capital Markets for Cushman and Wakefield of Texas, to leading RedSwan.io into a $2.6b marketplace of institutional properties sponsored by industry leaders. Mr. Nwokedi led the Multifamily Division for Cushman & Wakefield as Executive Director of Capital Markets from 2004 -2018. During his term, he was proven to be a Texas market leader by transacting more than $2.7 billion in multi-family sales.
