WHAT IS WLI?
The Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) was established in 2011 as a program of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Today WLI has an active Americas Executive Committee in addition to 40+ chapters in 8 countries around the world. WLI leaders support local programming and initiatives, helping to increase both the number and visibility of more women leaders throughout ULI’s vast network.

Focalized attendees: outreach to Black and Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) students at local Community Colleges through education partner Los Angeles County Workforce Development Board. College outreach to community and state colleges, Mt. St. Mary’s, CSLB, CSLA, UCLA, & USC.
All other attendees: Co-ed ULI members, nonmembers, and WLI's GROW Mid-Career Mentoring Participants.
