Victor leads Hudson Pacific Properties, a company he founded in 2006 with a strategy to “focus on the epicenters of innovation for media and tech”. Today, in markets from Los Angeles to Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Seattle and Vancouver, Hudson Pacific is a premier developer, owner and operator of office properties, and one of the largest owners/operators of independent studios in the U.S.
He is the driving force behind some of the most innovative projects and notable properties in Los Angeles including: One Westside – redevelopment of the Westside Pavilion into creative office space preleased by Google, and Sunset Studios – collection of studios and adjacent office properties that are headquarters for companies such as Netflix and Technicolor. Victor is also a big believer in giving back to the community, Hudson Pacific recently announced it will invest $20 million in homelessness initiatives.
Kev is a managing director of Morgan Stanley and Head of US Asset Management for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing’s various private equity real estate funds. In his over twenty years with the firm, Kev has overseen many of MSREI’s investments across the U.S. An esteemed industry leader, Kev chairs the ULI Los Angeles District Council and is a Global Governing Trustee of ULI.
