Vincent is a Senior Manager in the Attractiveness and Competiveness team, in the EY consulting practice. As such, he acts as the head of the EY ILAS center of excellence (International Location Advisory Services), with over 15 years of experience assisting companies in their international location strategies for a wide range of activities such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Headquarters, R&D centers, Digital hubs and Shared Services Centers. Vincent has also been advising countries, regions and cities in the design of their FDI attractiveness strategies in the EMEIA region (e.g. France, Ireland, Lithuania, Scotland, Hungary, Morocco, Egypt, South Africa...) and Latin America (Costa Rica, Colombia). He has been the project manager of the EY European Attractiveness survey for the past 15 years and he is a key project advisor to country / region specific attractiveness reports (France, UK, Germany, Africa...). Vincent is also the project lead of other EY’s thought leadership programs such as the economic impact of the Cultural and Creative industries.

Peter is responsible for CPPIB’s global real estate portfolio and is Chair of the Real Estate Investment Committee which has oversight for CPPIB’s real estate investments. Peter is a Board member of Aliansce Shopping Centers, a Brazilian public company, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Peter has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining CPPIB in 2007, Peter worked with several leading real estate companies including Canderel, Brookfield and TrizecHahn. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and has been granted the ICD.D designation by the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Kathryn Harrison-Thomas is the Global Business Partner to the Investment Banking and Asset Management divisions within Deutsche Bank, with regional accountability for all country portfolios except Germany, Spain, Belgium and Italy for Corporate Services. Since joining Deutsche Bank in 2005, Kathryn has held a variety of roles spanning real estate and operations management, change management and strategy across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa and the Rest of Europe before relocating back to the UK. Currently responsible for driving the London, New York, Hong Kong and Pan India Accommodation Strategies, which are challenging workplace convention and building for a rapidly changing IT landscape and workforce both in terms of gender and age diversity.

As chief executive of ULI Europe, Lisette van Doorn is responsible for the development of the Institute’s activities across the region, including its renowned pan-European conferences and over 250 local meetings and events across 14 countries. She is responsible for working with ULI’s staff both locally and globally to deliver more high profile content and reports; coordinating Advisory Services panels and Urban Plan; and expanding the Institute’s thought leadership across Europe. Van Doorn joined ULI in January 2015 from LIRE, her own consultancy business, which advises international institutional real estate investors and fund managers on strategy, organisational optimisation and portfolio structuring. Prior to this, van Doorn was country manager for CBRE Global Investors where she managed a €1.6bn portfolio of assets in Italy and fund manager of two shopping centre funds (€ 1.3 billion) with assets in Spain, Portugal and Italy. Before joining CBRE Global Investors, van Doorn was founding chief executive for INREV, the European association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles for four and a half years. Van Doorn started her career at ING Investment Management, where she held account manager and assistant controller positions before being made managing director of research & strategy for ING Real Estate Investment Management Europe.

Lee Polisano, President, PLP Architecture. Lee is internationally recognised for his architecture and urban design work, which emphasise an underlying concern for sustainability and a passion for innovation. He has been responsible for creating numerous award-winning commercial and corporate office buildings and he is widely regarded for pushing boundaries and bringing innovation to the sector. Lee’s work has a focus on contextual design and advocates civic responsibility and environmental responsiveness to create sensitive and accessible projects that are comfortable to inhabit and a joy to use.

David is an experienced advisor with a 25-year track record in helping clients with strategy, organizational effectiveness and people challenges. He splits his time between leading EY’s EMEIA Workforce Advisory practice, and his personal practice serving Financial Services clients in London with a focus on talent and future workforce challenges. He co-led the office environment component of the EY project to draft the UK Government (BEIS) C-19 Return to Work Guidelines, and is leading a number of Hybrid Work Design projects with clients.
