This will be a discussion by experts in their fields of how the future will look for the office building market and the physical workplace in the post-COVID world. Comprehensive tenant and building owner studies have been done that will inform how office buildings will need to evolve both long and short term. The menu of design and technical options will be explored as well as the cultural and financial implications of our current COVID-19 crisis.
    • How will the design of future workspace look when addressing the impact of social distancing, the focus on Wellness, and work from home? What are the technological strategies being considered related to indoor air quality, vertical circulation, and the increased reliance on data capacity?
    • How will the market adjust to the future demand for office space, the financial impact on leases, and the type of product to be developed? Will there be a rent premium with the potential higher vacancies and the added investment in project improvements?
    • What are the return to work strategies currently being implemented and the challenges anticipated? How will this affect corporate culture and how work will be done going forward.

Hear first-hand from our panel of experts as they discuss what is actually happening and how it will affect the future.
