Crocker Symposium – X Marks the Spot: Discovering the Treasure in Today’s Real Estate Market
On October 30, 2012, the Real Property Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association will again join together with the Richard S. Ziman Center for Real Estate at UCLA to present the 41st Annual Benjamin S. Crocker Symposium on Real Estate Law and Business 2012, at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. This Symposium will use lively dialogues, among some of California’s most successful and recognized real estate professionals, and networking forums to expose and analyze, from business, legal and practical standpoints, various hidden treasures that exist in today’s evolving real estate environment.

Guests of the Benjamin S. Crocker Symposium 2012 will receive validation for reduced valet parking at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles. Parking is $18.00 per day with validation (no in-and-out privileges).
Pershing Square Parking
For your convenience, guests of the Benjamin S. Crocker Symposium 2012 will receive validation for reduced self-parking at Pershing Square, located directly across the street from the Millennium Biltmore Hotel at Pershing Square, 532 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013, at a daily rate of $9.35.
