Sold Out: Caruso Affiliated’s 8500 Burton Way Case Study & Site Tour

Join us for the first group tour of Caruso Affiliated’s newest project called “8500”, an 8-story mixed-use development on a triangular lot at the intersection of Burton Way, San Vicente, and La Cienega (near West Hollywood). The 8500 project, which is nearing completion, will include 88 luxury residential units, a rooftop pool and fitness center, and a 13,500 square foot Trader Joe’s market on the ground floor. This is a post-tension, cast-in-place concrete and glass building which includes significant LEED energy saving features, such as electric/plug-in hybrid vehicle charging stations and a 50kW solar photovoltaic system on the roof.
Executives from Caruso Affiliated will discuss the unique characteristics of the 8500 building and the challenges related to getting this project approved by the City of Los Angeles.
This is a hard hat tour. Please wear closed toe, hard soled shoes.
