The newly completed Los Angeles outpost of Boston’s Emerson College by Thom Mayne’s Morphosis Architects hosted a behind the scenes tour for ULI Los Angeles members and guests on July 10, 2014. The Village at Santa Monica & Tongva Park

On Thursday, September 12, ULI LA members enjoyed a Case Study and Site Tour of Santa Monica’s newest amenity, Tongva Park, two days prior to its official opening. New Long Beach Courthouse
