Call for Proposals and Judges for ULI LA YLG Shark Tank 2022

ULI LA is excited to kick off our Annual ULI-LA Shark Tank program on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. This year our focus is on Real Estate technology entrepreneurs (in the early stages of development). If you are interested in participating as a presenter, please submit a proposal, If you are interested in participating as a judge (aka Shark), please complete a short application. We look forward to connecting with you!

WHAT:
ULI Los Angeles Young Leaders Group presents the 6th Annual ULI Shark Tank 2022, an interactive event that aims to entertain while educating, advising, and empowering aspiring real estate tech entrepreneurs. This year, we are focusing on soliciting early-stage technology startup proposals from local entrepreneurs to be pitched at the August 2nd ULI LA Shark Tank event.
WHO WILL BE ATTENDING:
In attendance will be real estate entrepreneurs, investors, and users in the real estate community in Los Angeles.
PRESENTERS:
- If interested in presenting your startup/CRE Tech platform or product, please submit your proposal via this GOOGLE FORM before June 30th.
PROPOSAL CRITERIA:

Seed/early-stage company with patent secured technology and business plan; pre-revenue generating is perfectly fine
-
Technology must be used directly in the pre-development, development, investment, or operations of CRE

Willingness to share company and technology details publicly, including:

Technology/Platform/Business Plan Summary

Market Context & Demand Drivers
-
Valuation, funding request, and commensurate returns on investment
