ULI is thrilled to announce the launch of the WLI Americas Women’s Entrepreneurs Program, designed to amplify and support women entrepreneurs in the real estate industry. This program is a unique opportunity for women earlier in their entrepreneurial journey to receive mentorship, financial support, and exposure within ULI and beyond.

Support the Next Generation of Women Leaders with WLI

The program’s objective is to equip women entrepreneurs with the resources and support they need by giving them access to the following:
  • A dedicated group of advisors for personalized guidance,
  • Curated webinars and content for growth,
  • Recognition across various ULI channels,
  • A cohort of peers in the program,
  • One full year of ULI mentorship, and more!

Who Should Apply: To apply for this exciting opportunity, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

  • You are a ULI member (Associate or Full).
  • You are a woman who owns a business in real estate development, investment, property management, and/or professional services supporting real estate and development.
  • You agree to the following commitments:
    • Fully participate in the WLI Entrepreneurs Program for one year (planned start date of the program is spring 2025).
    • Attend the ULI 2025 Spring and Fall Meetings.
    • After completing the program, will volunteer for ULI during the following year, which may include supporting the WLI Entrepreneurs Program.
  • You are willing to provide a succinct one-paragraph description of your business’s focus, including who your company serves and/or what your business is focused on achieving.
  • You will submit a business/strategic plan showing projected business growth.

Recipient Selection: February 2025
