Dear Members and Friends of ULI Los Angeles,

As our region mobilizes and begins thoughtful discussions on the path forward following the recent wildfires, ULI Los Angeles has been actively engaged in planning with ULI leadership, public agencies, and civic partners to help develop and support a strategic response to this crisis.

We convened our Governance Committee to begin formulating a plan that leverages ULI’s extensive network of multidisciplinary experts and are continuing to meet and collaborate with public sector leaders and partner organizations. Our purpose is to serve as a reliable resource, offering information and technical assistance as key decision-making processes unfold.

We also held our Advisory Board meeting last week where our Management Committee, Co-Chairs of our 20 Committees and Councils, and At-large Board Members came together to develop additional action-oriented initiatives to help with the recovery and rebuild effort.

We encourage and invite our ULI LA members to contribute their ideas, perspectives, and expertise through our 20 established committees and councils. Each of these groups plays a vital role in shaping the region’s recovery efforts as we plan and rebuild.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out to express your heartfelt desire to support these efforts, whether independently or in partnership with ULI. Your engagement is invaluable as we navigate this challenging time together.
