Historic Wintersburg TAP

ULI Experts Work to Preserve National Treasure ULI Los Angeles is pleased to announce the publication of its Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) report for Historic Wintersburg, an iconic, century-old Japanese American landscape in Huntington Beach that faces an uncertain future. In June, the National Trust for Historic Preservation worked with the Historic Wintersburg Preservation Task Force to commission ULI’s Los Angeles and Orange County/Inland Empire District Councils to study ways in which Historic Wintersburg could be redeveloped while preserving its historic buildings and cultural landscape, and also benefit the surrounding community. … Read More
