South Park TAP Recommendations Advance

After ULI Los Angeles conducted a 2-day Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) for the South Park Business Improvement District, the BID is moving forward with the future planning and development of the neighborhood. Comprised of land use experts, the panel made various recommendations regarding development opportunities, physical and design improvements, and implementation strategies.
