ULI Los Angeles Land Use Leadership Committee serves as the umbrella for all of the District Council’s policy-related work. The committee’s mission is to demonstrate leadership in addressing Southern California’s urban land use policy issues to benefit our cities, create thriving communities and improve our quality of life.
