Nadine Watt is President of Watt Companies, one of the largest commercial real estate owners, developers, and managers in the Western United States. In 2012, Nadine was recognized as one of real estate’s “Most Influential Women”. Nadine has helped develop more than 300 apartment units along with two shopping centers. She has achieved career success while actively serving her community as Vice-Chair of the Los Angeles Business Council and member of the boards of Brentwood School, 1st Century Bank, USC Marshall School of Business, City of Hope and California Science Center.
Terri Vitar is a Principal Project Director and Vice President at Atkins Global, one of the world’s leading design, engineering and project management consultancies. She has over 30 years of experience managing complex, high-profile, multi-disciplinary development and redevelopment projects, and she recently completed the Candlestick Point-Hunters Point Shipyard Phase II EIR, which won the American Planning Association National Achievement Award for Hard Won Victories. Terri has an extensive background in environmental compliance and transportation planning, with particular expertise in managing urban infill projects of a large scale.
