Join ULI Los Angeles to meet Jaime Lee, the CEO of Jamison Realty, Inc.
For years, Jamison has been one of the largest owners and managers of commercial real estate in Los Angeles. The size of its portfolio is staggering with more than 100 properties totaling 18 million square feet. Despite its size, little is known about Jamison, which has traditionally kept a very low profile.
Now, this family owned business is transitioning to a new generation, and ULI is pleased to introduce you to Ms. Jaime Lee, CEO of Jamison Realty, Inc., the firm’s commercial leasing and asset management arm. A key member of the Jamison leadership team, Jaime will share the company’s new corporate vision, which includes the revitalization of its office portfolio as well as a new foray into multifamily development throughout Mid-Wilshire and into Downtown Los Angeles. Because of Jamison’s size, the impact of these new investments will be felt across our community. Jaime’s leadership and vision will be critical to this new direction for Jamison. In addition to her business acumen, Jaime holds a JD, as well as a BA, from USC. She is also involved in numerous community leadership roles and currently serves as the Board President and Commissioner of the Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System.
We’ll be meeting in one of the new “creative office spaces” at Jamison’s California Market Center, which is currently undergoing a multi-million renovation. Located in the Fashion District, the California Market Center is a two million square foot facility that is not just a showcase for the fashion industry, but also provides creative office space and public event venues. Time permitting, Ms. Lee will be showing off part of the CMC following the program.
