An Evening At the Park with Nelson & Christopher Rising
Rising Realty Partners has been at the forefront of Downtown’s renaissance. While Rising manages 3M sf of office property across the County, their most prominent efforts have been at buying and revitalizing some of Downtown’s most spectacular architectural gems. The leaders of this visionary company, Nelson and Christopher Rising, will be ULI’s guests at our next Movers & Shakers event, and will share with us their passion for taking on these challenging opportunities.
Rising will be co-hosting this gathering at their cool outdoor space at The Park DTLA with their on-site broker, Nico Vilgiate of Colliers International. The Park DTLA is downtown’s only true office park, with five buildings clustered around open space. Rising has taken this mid-century garden design and overhauled it into creative office space for the cutting edge of the current market. While we get to enjoy the scenery at The Park DTLA, we’ll also look forward to hearing from Nelson and Christopher about the latest on the One Bunker Hill project and other projects in Rising’s pipeline.

How to get to the Event:
As a downtown location, The Park DTLA is, of course, very transit friendly. It is close to several Metro lines; the Civic Center / Grand Park station is the closest, a few blocks’ walk. The Park DTLA is also served by multiple bus routes. If you care to drive, The Park DTLA does have a parking garage on site, accessed from Figueroa, with a $13 rate after 5 PM. The event will be held in the Management Office, Suite 120a.
