One of WeWork’s five Los Angeles spaces is located in the Fine Arts Building, making a new-economy, adaptive reuse of a historic architectural gem. Opened in 1926, the ornate Fine Arts Buildings is dripping with history.
ULI will give members and guests a full view of WeWork Fine Arts Building. Our panelists will include the architect from the WeWork development team, who will address the challenges of fitting a 21st century workspace inside the fine bones of this elegant old building. We’ll also hear from WeWork management, who will provide insights on the benefits of a collaborative workspace and the importance of leveraging the power of community.

The Fine Arts Building is located on 7th street, a short walk from the 7th Street & Metro Center station that is served by the Red, Purple, Blue and Expo lines. Several bus lines access the area as well. Go to SoCalTransport to plan your transit trip.
WeWork DTLA is located in the Fine Arts Building on811 West 7th Street, Los Angeles. Parking will not be provided however, there are several nearby lots. Check your options at LA Parking.
