The ULI LA Advisory Board members are appointed to one year terms by the Chair. As committee members, assistant chairs, or at-large members with special assignments, Executive Committee members have significant responsibility for the programs and initiatives of the District Council.
The Management Committee is responsible for the oversight and direction of all ULI-LA District Council activities and is responsible for implementing the ULI-LA Strategic Plan, as well as ongoing direction and recommendations from the ULI-LA Advisory Board. The Management Committee will also coordinate initiatives and directives from ULI (national). The ULI-LA Management Committee is comprised of many of the Chairs or Co-Chairs of each of our functional working committees, members of our Governance Committee, and those responsible for ULI mission advancement.
The Governance Committee consists of past ULI LA Chairs, and its purpose is to recommend the incoming ULI LA Chair. In the future, the Governance Committee may also be an appropriate entity for the nomination of membership to the Executive Committee.
The Board of Advisors consists of senior real estate professionals that have distinguished themselves in their profession and through their ULI service.
